Findings from our open-label pilot clinical trial assessing the impact of 6 weeks of treatment with a h**p-derived, full spectrum, high sublingual solution in patients with anxiety are now published in MDPI Biomedicines! The study reports significant improvements in anxiety, mood, sleep, quality of life, and executive function after 6 weeks of treatment with study product relative to baseline; the study product was also well-tolerated, with no serious adverse events occurring during the trial. Findings from this open-label clinical trial provide evidence that a h**p-derived, high-CBD product similar to those currently available in the marketplace may be both safe and efficacious for the treatment of anxiety.
