What do middle schoolers wish their parents understood? 💬
BMS students explored that question with bestselling author and educator Rosalind Wiseman, who inspired Mean Girls. Ms. Wiseman shared real-life situations teens are navigating today—and then asked students: What advice would you give your parents?

Our students had plenty to say, and she promised to share their words at tonight’s community event at BMHS auditorium! Hope you'll be there!

The Book Sale is Back! Join the Friends of the Belmont Public Library this month for our first book sale in the new library!
Browse used books in Morrissey Hall, the Everyday Book Store, and the Donation Room, and find your next great read! We have fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, children's books, world language books, sheet music, art books, and more.

When the library is open, bring your donations through the Book Processing door at the side entrance off the parking lot, and place them in the large black bin inside the room. The last drop-off before the sale is Thursday, Sept. 24. We will resume collecting donations on Monday, Sept. 28. Proceeds from book donations fund vital library programs.

Burbank Elementary School is looking for BHS student volunteers for their Fall Social on Friday, 9/18! You can help make a fun night for our younger BPS students! It’s a great way to get involved, give back, and connect with some of our younger BPS students!

📅 Friday, September 18 | Volunteer time: 4–7:30 p.m.
⏰ Ideally, volunteers can commit to at least 2 hours

Volunteers will help with:
🎯 Carnival games
💦 Dunk Tank line
