Music Clinic As THE Lakes Region's School of Music, the Music Clinic has been serving the heart of New Hampshire by offering music instruction since 1993.

To date we have taught more than 3500 students! All instruments & voice, all ages, all levels! We are a school of music with 4 faculty members dedicated to bringing the best instruction in music to students of all ages in the Lakes Region. If you have never played before, if you have studied on your own and hit a hurdle, or if you are trying to become a professional musician we are here to help yo

u. We teach voice and all instruments (with the exception of harp and accordion). That includes piano, guitar, drums, trumpet, trombone, clarinet, flute, sax, violin, viola, cello, bass, banjo, harmonica, dulcimer, mandolin, and much more.

We are officially closed for vacation from Sunday, Aug 30th through, Labor Day, Monday, Sept 7th. Classes will resume Tuesday, Sept 8th. Have a great week everybody!!! :D 🎶
And don't forget, today is International MUSIC ON THE PORCH DAY. Get out and play some music!

Practice Tip #4 - Decide how long you're going to play, tune up, and start with a song you already know well (just for fun)

Practice Tip #3 Start with a good stretch, a deep breath, a slow exhale, and a conscious thought of why you want to play 🙂

Practice Tip #2
Keep your instrument in an easily accessible place so that you have to walk by it a few times a day. Every time you walk by it, touch it, pick it up, and play a few notes until you get in the habit of touching it frequently. 😃🎶

Update: After 3 weeks, the phone line and internet are finally fixed.
This was a very long and frustrating process, but many thanks to everyone who helped to resolve the issue.

The Music Clinic phone line and internet are still down. Emails and Messenger messages can be answered after hours from my home.
