πŸ‘‹As moms, it is so easy to put our needs last. We go all day, sometimes forgetting to stop to eat a meal or BREATHE, and then we collapse late at night, often stress eating to "exhale", after the kids are in bed and the chores are FINALLY done. We want to provide everything for our kids to give them a good life. But what kids most need is parents who are OK!

✨So tomorrow think about treating yourself like you do your kids--have a well-balanced breakfast, take time to rest between work and soccer practice, do something fun, and go to bed early. Good self-care is a gift we give our children in showing up as a rested, calm, and present parent!🌸
