We are so grateful to the wonderful Belmont Central families who generously donated their time to help proctor our 3rd grade BOG testing.

Your time and support made it possible for our students to complete their testing in a positive, supported environment while allowing our teachers to focus on their students.

Volunteering at school isn't always the most glamorous job, but it makes a BIG difference! 😉 Thank you for showing up for our Eagles and helping our teachers and students have a successful testing experience.

The Literati Book Fair is coming to Belmont Central September 21–25, and we need volunteers to help make it a great experience for our students!

📅 Setup Day: Friday, September 18
📚 Book Fair: Monday, September 21–Friday, September 25

This year, students will also have the opportunity to shop after school until 3:30 p.m., so we'll need plenty of helping hands!

Here's how to sign up:
👉 Please start by signing up for 1 Book Fair volunteer slot and/or 1 setup or cleanup slot. If we need additional volunteers after the initial sign-up, we'll send out another request.

A few important notes:
• Please let us know in the comments if you'll need to arrive late or leave early.
• We need to have at least 2 volunteers present during each shift, so please be as accurate as possible with your availability.

One of the most important things PTO can do is help provide funding for the things our teachers need.

Through our fundraising efforts and the support of our PTO families, we're able to provide funding for teacher needs and classroom resources that help support our students.

When you join PTO, participate in a fundraiser, attend a Spirit Night or volunteer your time, you're helping us put resources directly back into Belmont Central.

That's what PTO is all about: families working together to support our school. 🦅❤️

Our teachers and staff work incredibly hard for our students, and one of the things PTO loves most is finding ways to show them how much our community appreciates them.

Throughout the year, PTO provides hospitality for our teachers and staff—from stocking the lounge to providing special treats and meals.
