Women’s Self-Defense + BJJ is tonight — just like every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, 5:00–6:30 PM.

Come learn practical self-defense, get a great workout, and meet a group of supportive women in a safe, clean environment. All experience levels are welcome — even if you’ve never trained before.

Cost: Free (always)
How to join: Register in advance, or show up 15 minutes early to complete the quick paperwork.

Walking into a new BJJ gym can be intimidating. A lot of people worry they’ll get “thrown to the sharks” on day one. That’s not how we do things here. Our upper belts remember exactly what it felt like to be new — confused, nervous, and trying to survive the warmup. That’s why they take pride in helping newer students learn, improve, and build confidence step by step. You don’t need to prove yourself to train here. You don’t need to “win” rounds to belong here. We help new students develop fundamentals, understand positions, and start building a game that works for them. The goal isn’t to smash beginners — it’s to make them better. That’s how strong teams are built. 👊 Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, competition, or just trying something new, you’ll have teammates willing to help you every step of the way.

Our kids class has been getting after it lately! 💥

Takedowns and drills, hard rounds and nonstop movement, these kids are showing up ready to work and improve every single class. The best part isn’t just the techniques they’re learning — it’s the confidence, discipline, and teamwork they’re building along the way.

It’s awesome watching them push themselves, support each other, and have fun while doing it. The future of the gym is looking strong! 👊🥋
