Little tougher the last two trips likely 'cause of moon timing if ya ask me--we've been finding amazing morning feeds that become a pick by midday as the bait scatters/ concentrates. But, last two trips saw multiple overs and unders so we'll take it! Mostly on plastics and jigs as well as a handful of squid bites.

The bluefin bite rolls on! Top notch fishing the last few days on jigs and soft plastics. Double digit bites both days making for some real arm burners and lots of laughs. Fish 40-50" mostly for us with a couple giant bites in the mix deep. Shimano North America Fishing shimmer-fall 140-210g has been ridiculously out-fishing every other jig out there 🔥

Few days of wind and maintenance and we're back it shortly. August has weekday availability, get in touch to book!

Best jig trip of the season yesterday going somewhere around 15/20 on nice solid bluefin from 45" to 60". I knew some 30" fish moved into the area we had been fishing so we went on the hunt and was able to find a much better class of fish chewing jigs hard all alone with just a few other of the regular capts that put in the extra miles. Jig of the day was the Shimano Shimmerfall 100 and 140g in pink glow! Kept our over and two unders and the rest were released safely! Back at it tomorrow and Monday LFG!

The uncooperative fish we found late last week decided to amp things up finally! Good variety of size, mostly 40-60", and of course those giants lurking. Starting to see some jig bites but most bites recently have been casting for us mainly running and gunning. Definitely keeping our fingers crossed this blow doesn't shift things too much, but either way we'll find em again soon! 💪🏻🩸

Rewarding bite today for Tyler and his father Rob! They stuck with us after a skunk last season and put in the work for redemption this year. Tyler hooked up on the Nelbin and they gave this nice bluefin the tag team slam! First tuna for Tyler in proper jig and pop fashion!. Congratulations guys 💪🏻🤙🏻

Frank Madaia never put the rod down yesterday and was rewarded with a sick top water eat on the gorgeous Deep Seductress! This fish, coming in at only 53", dumped near half of a spool on the new Shimano North America Fishing Stella 25k almost immediately. Talk about adrenaline! Won't soon forget that bite. Thank you guys 🤙🏻👊🏻

Sitting out today and tomorrow with the NE wind but looking like we may have a few spots available this Monday 7/13 due to a charter rescheduling.
