Myers Elementary families, we need your help!!! Our Read-A-Thon is so close to beating last years totals. We need your help in getting those donations and continued assistance entering those reading minutes for the goal of surpassing last years reading and donation totals! Please reach out to family and friends to help support the kids and their love of reading.

So far 130 students have activated their Read-A-Thon accounts!! Don’t forget to activate the accounts to enter your students minutes!!

There will be individual and class rewards for most minutes read and most donations received!!

The Read-A-Thon runs through 3/13/23 happy reading!!

Reminders:

Please continue to sell and turn in your Lucky Ducks! We are working to our goal of selling 2500 ducks. This can be achieved if each child K-8 sells 3 ducks! If you cannot sell 3 ducks, please sell what you can! The is the PTO fundraiser this year. The majority of the PTO budget is paying for field trips K-8 and transportation to field trips K-8 which comes out to over $30,000 dollars each year! We will continue to sell the ducks until all sold, but it is helpful to have them turned in so we can keep track of how many need sold yet!

Myers Elementary School is doing the Read-A-Thon. It started on Monday 2/27/23 and runs for 2 weeks. Please log into your child’s dashboard and enter their reading minutes and help collect donations for the school!

The PTO meeting is TONIGHT in the elementary school at 7 pm! Hope to see you there!

We’ll be at the Bellwood Antis High School this evening from 5pm-8pm for the open house/beginning of school year event! We are excited to be teaming up with the Bellwood Antis Cross Country team for this fundraiser! A portion of each sale will be donated back to the cross country team! We hope to see you there! 🤙🦩🍧

The PTO will be giving each student a special gift on the first day of school. Parents will be able to add a personalized note to the gift at open house on Tuesday Aug 23rd. Please stop by the PTO table to write your note!! Donations welcome to add note but not required.
