Do you know a child who dreams of riding horses?
Every parent wants more for their kids, and is eager to help them fulfill their dreams. But getting into horses can be expensive, and for many parents, navigating the horse world without any prior experience can be intimidating.
And isn’t it true that horses just spoil kids?
Not necessarily.
The truth is that a supportive horseback riding community can actually *empower children*, making them more responsible and respectful. They begin to understand that their actions have direct consequences.
Involvement in a positive, horse-centered pony camp can *build confidence* in children who might prefer to observe. As they work with these magnificent animals, they can also *make new friends* and foster camaraderie.
I’m Jordan Manfredi, founder of Aishling Forest School and “I’d rather be horseback riding” has been written on my heart since I was six years old. I specialize in mentoring children in nature and around horses, developing natural horsemanship skills that go far beyond basic riding.
We co-create environments where children can gain emotional, physical, and spiritual maturity, and learn how to effectively problem-solve as a team.
I understand that enrolling in horseback riding programs can be daunting (I’m a mom of two horse-crazy kiddos too!) That’s why I’ve created a safe, affordable place for kids to learn and love horses. Our pony camp program even offers a convenient payment plan option.
We provide the horses, the equipment, the instruction, and the community. All you need to provide is the most important part—your horse-loving kiddo.
If you’d like to explore whether this beneficial outdoor activity is right for your family, join us for our upcoming Aishling Pony Camp Orientation this Monday, 7/22, from 4-5 pm for a FREE tour of the barn for you and your family. Simply comment below and I'll PM you all the details.
I look forward to meeting you and introducing you to our ponies!
