Happy Friday!

Today we are stepping outside of the greenhouse to celebrate Regional Merchandising Manager (RMM, say that 5 times fast) Adam!

18 YEARS (that's right, Adam is an OG) Adam has been making us look good!! Year after year, season after season, Adam's dedicated commitment to high standards continues to shine.

We asked him what excites him most about his job:

"The aspect of our business that still gets me excited each day are the people I have the pleasure of working with and for. I've made lifelong friendships while working side-by-side with wonderful people from Smith Gardens. It's helped me build a community of people who support and encourage me daily."

Thank you Adam!!

It day 2 of hashtag and today we are sending out some high 5's to our Head Grower Amanda!

Amanda has been growing gorgeous plants with us for almost three years and we asked her what she gets excited about in the greenhouse....

"Every day brings something new. Each plant has its own unique challenges which allows for research, trialing, and finding solutions. This allows me to keep learning and share that knowledge with the site."

Thank you Amanda!

Cultivate 2026 was. A. TOTAL SUCCESS!!!

Today we are excited to celebrate Site Manager, Andrea, and her graduation from the formidable year long Horticultural Research Institute (HRI) 2026 program.

We are beyond proud of her. The detailed work, time, and commitment it takes to accomplish such a feat while simultaneously running facility is truly incredible.

Andrea is a force and an inspiration to us all.
