We’re happy to share new dates for our Womb Surround / Somatic Birth Process Workshops.

These are small, intimate experiential gatherings exploring our earliest developmental and relational experiences, held in groups of just 3–8 participants, depending on the length of the retreat.

These immersive workshops offer a deeply held space to gently explore and integrate our earliest imprints, reconnect with the inherent wholeness present from the very beginning, and cultivate greater freedom beyond the survival patterns that once served us.

Drawing from the field of Pre- and Perinatal Somatic Psychology, we explore the lived experience of human development from before conception through life in the womb, birth, and early infancy. Through embodied awareness, relational presence, and compassionate inquiry, we listen to the stories held within the nervous system, opening the possibility for healing, integration, and a more authentic expression of who we are.

If you're a Craniosacral Therapist longing to deepen your understanding of the earliest foundations of human experience, this training was created with you in mind.

For more than 24 years, Clara Cunningham, RCST, has explored the profound relationship between touch, presence, and the body's innate capacity for healing. Her path began as a caregiver for children living with disabilities and in hospice, where she learned that healing is often found not in doing more, but in cultivating deeper presence.

That journey led her into biodynamic craniosacral therapy and eventually into the rich field of pre- and perinatal somatic psychology. After two decades of study with senior teachers and 13 years of teaching through The Human Development Center, Clara now offers a rare integration of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, embryology, attachment and bonding, prenatal and birth psychology, developmental neuroscience, and somatic healing.

For craniosacral therapists, this work offers an opportunity to:
• Deepen your capacity for therapeutic presence.
• Better understand the origins of nervous system patterns.
• Expand your clinical skills with infants, children, and adults.
• Explore how preconception, conception, gestation, birth, and early attachment continue to shape our lives.
• Bring greater depth, clarity, and confidence to your practice.
