Where is everyone finding their mom friends? This crew met at Whatcom Family Village Newborn Postpartum Support circle that just wrapped.

Most of our circles continue to meet up for walks, shares, coffees, self led shares, and more!

These connections can last a life time, and everyone deserves to find community.

Did someone in your life just have a baby? Be sure they know about this upcoming circle! 6 weeks of guided connection and support. In Bellingham Wednesdays 10am-11:30am. Or Ferndale 5:30-7pm Sliding scale and scholarships available.

On October 10th there is a Remembrance Walk hosted by Mending Babyloss and Whatcom Family Village.

There will be a candlelight walk, an opportunity to speak your babies’ names, and then some time for sharing and connection with refreshments.

The Threshold Singers will be providing some soft accompaniment.

This is a free event and open to anyone who had experienced loss (fertility, pregnancy, stillbirth, infants or children) at any time. Children are welcome.

Please RSVP if you can. Event will take place rain or shine.

Telling birth stories in community is a healing and powerful experience to be a part of. It knits us together through experience and truth. This circle is held with deep reverence for diverse stories, and facilitated by experienced and trauma informed circle leaders.

Come to share the story of your child’s arrival or simply to listen to the stories of others. All stories welcome. All births and birthing people welcome.

Worried you don’t know how to tell yours? Light guidance will be offered in preparation for the evening. Its not about getting it right but in the unfolding.

🕯️ **Oct 10 · Remembrance Ceremony**
A quiet, tender space to honor any child gone too soon, at any stage and any age. Come as you are. There will be a walk, small ritual, and time for sharing. Siblings and friends welcome.

🤱 **Oct 14 · Early Motherhood Meetup (6 weeks)**
Our new group for mamas of babies 5–12 months starts now! Six weeks of real talk, shared wins, hard days, and the kind of friendships that make this season lighter. Babies welcome, of course.

💛 **Oct 16 · Birth Story Sharing Circle**
Every birth story deserves to be heard: the beautiful parts, the hard parts, and everything in between. Pre-registration is required, so save your spot soon.

🏫 **Oct 24 · Preschool Fair**
Starting to think about what’s next for your little one? Meet local preschools, ask questions, and explore your options all in one place. FREE at the Bloedel Donovan multipurpose room.

🎃 **Oct 29 · Halloween Stories, Songs & Baby Costume Parade**
Tiny costumes. Silly songs. Spooky (not too spooky) stories. Bring your little pumpkin, lion, or burrito and join the parade!

🍂 Fall circles are here, and there’s a NEW one in Ferndale! 🍂

The leaves are turning, the sun is fading, and somewhere a new mom is on her third reheat of the same cup of coffee. ☕ If that’s you, come as you are. You don’t have to do this alone.

✨ NEW: Ferndale Newborn Circle (0–5mo)
Mondays 5:30–7PM · Begins 10/19

An evening option for north county mamas! Bring the baby, the spit-up-stained hoodie, and all the questions you’ve been googling at 3am.

🌙 Older Babies Circle (5–12mo)
Wednesdays 6–7:30PM · Begins 10/14 · Bellingham

Back to work? Starting solids? Surviving the 4-month (or 8-month, or 10-month…) sleep regression? Wondering how “falling back” on Nov 1 will wreck your carefully built nap schedule? This circle is for the moms who are past the newborn fog and finding out the second half of year one has its own wild ride.

We also have Bellingham newborn circles Mondays 12:30–2PM (starting 9/28) and Wednesdays 10–11:30AM (starting 10/21).

Six weeks of real connection, real support, and other moms who get it. Sliding scale and scholarships available, so no one gets left out. 💛
