We had a visit from Dan Cramer’s Western Town Petting Zoo this morning! We are in the middle of our Animal Planet summer theme and these kiddos were enamored! It was also a great intergen opportunity and our grandfriends were thrilled to have some extra visitors πŸ–πŸ«πŸ΄

Words can't express how wonderful my retirement celebration was. My heart is so full.

Seeing so many familiar facesβ€”families I've known over the years, children now grown, former employees, colleagues, and friendsβ€”was truly overwhelming in the best possible way. It brought back so many memories and reminded me just how fortunate I've been.

I'm feeling all the big emotions that come with closing one chapter and beginning another, but above all, I'm filled with gratitude. Gratitude for the privilege of being part of such an incredible community. Gratitude for every family who trusted me, every coworker who became a friend, every little person who made me smile, and every older adult whose wisdom and kindness touched my life.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated with me, reached out, shared memories, and made this milestone so meaningful. I will carry these memoriesβ€”and all of youβ€”with me as I begin this next adventure.

With a very full heart, thank you. ❀️
