Tomorrow, Tuesday 6/23, is our last day at Macy. The entire school will be clapped out, during an early morning walk throughout the neighborhood surrounding Macy. Please come and clap for our students, and cheer for the amazing Macy teachers and staff.

Park along the route, not at Macy, so there are smiling faces and cheering along the whole walk. The walk starts tomorrow, Tuesday 6/23, at 930a and will travel along the following streets (escorted by Officer Goslin):

This Friday is our cook out at Macy.

If you received a "Macy Will Live On" shirt today its likely the wrong size (sorry). Please send the shirts back to school asap, so we can reorganize them, and distribute the correct t-shirt sizes to families...

The Clara Macy PTO is excited for the Paw Sox game this Saturday June 13th. This is the 5th Annual Star Wars Night (costumed Start Wars characters around the park), with fireworks following the game (set to the music from Star Wars). We have great seats, just a few rows from the field on the first base line.

The Clara Macy PTO has some tickets left, $11/ea. If you are interested please email [email protected] (include a phone number, so we can arrange payment and delivery of the tickets), right away if you are interested!

2 Macy things...

1. Our last PTO meeting of the year is tonight (Wednesday 6/3) @ 7p in the Macy library. Come join us.

2. We still have a few Paw Sox tickets left, for the Saturday June 13th game. email [email protected] if you are interested. If there are no more Macy families interested, we'll look for other families in town who'd like to join us!

Ask your kids why they LOVE Macy (we know they do) and submit an entry on the Bellingham Elementary School Memories page!

I loved my schools because the teachers were very kind. The kids were taught well and there were no bullies; everybody got along. The janitors did a good job keeping South school clean and tidy.

The "Almoussali family" has volunteered to lead the Macy banner in the Memorial day parade. If you are interested in joining them, be at the Middle school around 1230 this Sunday (5/17) to line up.
