What was your big win for the week?

Yesterday while at the park, my 7 year old noticed that a much younger child (maybe 3/4) had a hard time getting off of a large climber, even though she independently climbed up there.

- He took it upon himself to help her.
- Asked, “do you need help”
- Explained things in detail, (put your hands here and you can step here)
- Got down when they were closer to the ground (he noticed she was nervous). He said, “wait right here, let me get down so I can help you”.
- child was still worried and his response was “don’t worry, you’re safe”

Who knows why it’s best for a child to be barefoot?

Well, what do you wish someone shared with you about the caregiving journey you’re on, before starting the journey?

What is something you constantly try to do, but forget to do because tiny people always seem to need something?

True or false: sit in walkers help a child’s development and will teach them how to walk?
