Eyas Global Montessori has openings for the 2025-26 Saturday Chinese immersion school morning-only program, 8:45am-12:30pm.
Welcome to our Journey to the West Montessori Chinese Program, a unique three-year learning adventure where children discover the beauty of the Chinese language through one of China’s most beloved classics — Journey to the West (西游记).
Using the Montessori method, children will explore listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese at their own pace, with hands-on activities such as craft making, cooking, role-play, singing, dance and story telling.
The first day of the Saturday program is Sept. 13. The program continues on 3 Saturdays per month, September-May (December has only 2 classes).

At the heart of this program is not only language development but also cultural immersion. Children will:
Learn about Chinese legends, heroes, and values.
Experience traditional Chinese art, such as brush calligraphy, paper cutting, shadow puppetry, and ink painting.
Explore music and rhythm, chanting Tang poems or drumming to journey songs.
Celebrate Chinese festivals (Mid-Autumn, Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat, Lantern Festival) with stories, crafts, and food tasting.
Understand cultural virtues like courage, friendship, perseverance, and respect for teachers — reflected in the journey itself.
In this way, the class becomes more than language learning: it is a cultural journey. The children will take steps toward mastering Chinese while cultivating a deeper appreciation for Chinese traditions, values, and creativity.

🌱 Nurturing the Whole Child at Eyas Montessori 🌈
We believe that early childhood is the foundation for a lifetime of learning, confidence, and joy. Our Montessori approach goes beyond academics — we focus on the whole child: body, mind, and spirit.
✨ What makes Montessori unique?
🔹 Hands-on Learning – Children learn by doing, exploring real-life materials at their own pace.
🔹 Independence & Confidence – We encourage choice and responsibility from an early age.
🔹 Social-Emotional Growth – Our classrooms foster respect, empathy, and peaceful conflict resolution.
🔹 Prepared Environment – Beautiful, calm spaces designed to spark curiosity and concentration.
🔹 Mixed-Age Classrooms – Children learn from and with each other, just like in real life.
At Eyas, celebrating cultures is an integral part of the curriculum. We celebrate our diversity and appreciate the beautiful environment that it creates.
In our early childhood program (ages 2.5–6), children grow into capable, kind, and curious individuals who love to learn, not just for school, but for life.
🌟 Come visit and see the Montessori magic in action!

Children had planted the seeds in spring. They watered the plants and watched it grow. We have harvested zucchini and strawberries already.

Preschool Isn't Prep—It's Prime Time for Brain Growth
Young brains are inherently designed for thinking. Preschool represents the start of formal learning, rather than merely preparing for it.
