Congrats to our Intensive Dancer of the Month, Jordyn! 🎉

Jordyn is a member of our Signature competition team and was nominated by her ballet teacher, Miss Jenae. Miss Jenae is impressed by Jordyn’s positive attitude and her readiness to learn. She says that Jordyn gives 111%! Way to go, Jordyn!

Here’s a little bit about Jordyn…

• FAVORITE STYLE OF DANCE? - My favorite style of dance is ballet.
• FAVORITE PART OF DANCE? - My favorite part is learning new choreography & having the opportunity to perform those pieces.
• WHAT IS YOUR DANCE GOAL FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR? - My goal is to improve on strength and apply that to her overall form.

Congrats to our Graded Dancer of the Month, Clara! 🎉

Clara was nominated by her Acrobatic Arts teacher, Miss Tomoko, who says that Clara is a hardworking, passionate, responsible, and kind to her classmates. Not only does Clara take corrections seriously, but she also practices outside of class to support her growth and progress. Congratulations, Clara!

Here’s a little bit about Clara…

• FAVORITE STYLE OF DANCE? - I love tap dance! It's the best because my shoes make cool clicking noises.
• FAVORITE PART OF DANCE? - Performing on stage! I love showing everyone the routine we practiced.
• WHAT IS YOUR DANCE GOAL FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR? - To fix my moves, so I can learn more challenging routines.

Spring Show Photo Week is here!

Dancers come to Backstage during their regular, scheduled class time. Dancers should wear their FULL COSTUME with hair styled appropriately per the instruction sheet included with each dancer’s costume (along with correct tights, shoes, headpiece, and accessories, as instructed).
