Our last official chapter meeting was a lot of fun for us to visit with our friends, have a great program from Leslie Adkins and discuss going forward as a group for more educational opportunities, networking and socializing. Look for the new page coming soon.

Special program on Power Writing presented by Leslie Adkins, CAP-OM, VP Everett Chapter. Let us brush up on our skills for business, personal, volunteer work. Recertification point will be available. Wednesday Feb 18 - Chapter Meeting - 5:30-8pm Coast Hotel Bellevue - Pasta & Caesar Salad Buffet - Speaker Spencer Adamson on Mobile Technologies. Learn about history of cell phones, how it got started, how it can improve your life beyond just talking. Spencer is the IT manager at EHS Intl in Bellevue. Wednesday January 21 - Chapter Meeting - 5:30 to 8:00pm Coast Hotel Bellevue - Taco Buffet - Speaker Lynanne Lewis CAP-OM, chapter member who will be speaking about Live Your Own Fulfilling New Year - we will learn about self management theory, time management and resource allocation. She brings her expertise as an EA for the COO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. RSVP to [email protected] by Jan 16 $30 members and by Jan 19 $35 for late members and all guests.

Wednesday Nov 19 Chapter Meeting 5:30 to 8:00pm. Come hear Jean Oplinger MCC MPBS talk about Transition Skills for Administrative Professionals. She is principal at Visions in Action and has been an Executive Coach and Trainer for over 19 years. She last visited us in 2010 for our Leadership Workshop. This is a wonderful opportunity to get some coaching from a trained professional who has worked with Nike, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and other top businesses. Buffet dinner included in the cost of $30 for any IAAP member and $35 for non-members. RSVP to Shelby at [email protected] by Nov 14 for one time and late by Nov 17 for $35 fee.
