Welcome to The Piano Studio of Dr. Richard Bosworth! I've been wanting to do an intro video for some time now.

Being a new year, I am excited about all the digital resources that have come on the horizon. There are so many options for distance learning.

I look forward to meeting you all and sharing the gift of music.

Thanks!

FSMTA STATE CONVENTION (Part 2)

Here is another excerpt from my recital for the FSMTA State Convention, which was held on Sanibel Island in Florida some years back.

I began the whole program with the Bach-Busoni Chaconne and if any of you know the story behind the piece, it will warm your heart! Google this and you'll find out.

I am planning for some masterclasses around the start of the new year and would love to share my insights about music and piano playing.

Keep checking www.richardbosworth.org for details in the near future.

Thanx.

ENJOYING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

With Xmas being on the heels of Thanksgiving, I thought it might be nice to include an excerpt of my own arrangement of the famous Appalachian carol, "I Wonder as I Wander."

Feel free to share this with family and friends!

Come visit me at www.richardbosworth.org. I teach online from Bellevue, WA and am accepting new students.

PROGRAMMATIC MUSIC

Many tales have been told in music, but none so poignant as Ondine. Here, Bertrand in his poetry has created a beautifully haunting scene of a water nymph who is in love with a mere mortal.

Can any of you guess where this performance took place? (HINT: **)

If you're wanting to get your playing chops to the next level, feel free to check out my studio page on both my website and Facebook. I teach online from Bellevue, WA and am accepting new students.
