When was the last time you did something you loved as a kid? Mine is swinging on a swing set! On my recent 63rd birthday I took a moment to enjoy something I LOVED as a kid. How did I feel in that moment? I felt connected to childhood memories shared with siblings. It was a great feeling!

The key to staying young at heart is never forgetting those little moments in life that created effortless happiness.

Are you doing things that make you HAPPY and FULFILLED each and every day?

If you answered YES, then GREAT… you are on the right path —-> carry on!

If you answered NO,
—-> what’s standing in your way? Are there things you could do to change your life course? Something small? Something major?

Remember, over the age of 50 is a time to take stock and have the life you’ve worked towards. It’s a time to be a bit more selfish, value your time more, and create memories to take you into your 80’s where you may have limitations.

I was able to spend a week vacationing in Puerto Vallarta during September ~

Nothing like a true vacation to being clarity and balance to life ~

When I travel I see the little things, the things I might otherwise miss on a hectic regular day ~

I’m learning on a daily basis to stay in the moment, make wise choices, and always be grateful for all that I have in this life ~

A recent passing of my children’s grandfather made me pause for a bit, reflect, appreciate and renew my zest for life, love and family ~

We are never guaranteed tomorrow …and while it’s good to set goals and manifest your future, just make sure you’re living TODAY, being your BEST self right NOW ~
