Adam Deitch is coming back to West Coast Drum Shop!

Adam Deitch is one of the most recognizable drummers in modern funk, hip-hop, jazz, and groove-based music. Best known for his work with Lettuce, Break Science, solo producer records, and John Scofield, with whom he’ll be touring this fall, Adam brings a deep pocket, incredible musicality, and a unique approach to feel, improvisation, and creativity behind the kit.
His first clinic at West Coast Drum Shop was a great one, and we’re excited to have him back for another afternoon of playing, stories, insight, and discussion.
We’re also making a full day of it: TAMA drums and Zildjian cymbals will be on sale throughout the shop from 11 AM-5 PM.
Adam is also in town for a run of shows with Lettuce at Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley, so if you’re coming to the clinic, make sure you catch one of those shows too! It’s a great opportunity to hear Adam talk about his approach up close at the clinic, then see it in action onstage with Lettuce.
