New direction, new horizons! ✈️💼

One of our WBL students recently transitioned into a new shadowing role at Tracy Export, and he’s been making the most of every minute. By switching gears and diving into different departments (sales, supply chain, management, etc.), he’s learning exactly what it takes to run an international business.

He recently shared:
"Fun day meeting customers from Hong Kong! Learning the sales process and history of Tracy Export!"

It’s amazing to see our students adapt to new challenges and come out with a global perspective. Way to lean into the change! 🙌
