Yesterday was our monthly PD Day 🤎

A quiet day for teachers to reset classrooms, prepare new works, organize children’s progress, and get ready for a new month together. This month’s training topic: “Multilingual Learners in the Classroom”.

And yes… PD Day is also our milk tea & snacks day 🧋🍪

Very thankful for a team that keeps learning, reflecting, and growing together for the children.

🌱 Part 2: Little Hands, Big Work | 小小的手，大大的工作
💧 A 31-month-old practicing water transfer with a curved dropper — refining fine motor skills, coordination, and concentration.
💧 一位31个月的孩子使用弯曲滴管进行水的转移练习，发展精细动作、手眼协调与专注力。

🐢 A 33-month-old giving a turtle a bath — fully engaged in her water work. Moments like this also give us the opportunity to gently introduce the use of a work apron or a cloth, helping children learn to care for themselves and their environment.
🐢 一位33个月的孩子正在为“小海龟”洗澡，全身心投入在水工作中。这样的时刻也为我们提供了引导孩子使用围裙或抹布、学习照顾自己与环境的契机。

🫙 A 30-month-old exploring how to open and close different containers — building strength, coordination, and persistence through repetition.

These moments are not just play — they are the foundation of independence, concentration, and kindness. 🌿

🌱 Part 1: Little Hands, Big Work | 小小的手，大大的工作

In our toddler classroom, learning unfolds through hands-on exploration, repetition, and meaningful choices. What may look simple on the surface is often deep, focused work. ✨

在我们的 toddler 班，每一个看似简单的瞬间，其实都承载着专注、探索与成长。

💛 A 22-month-old exploring the invisible force of magnets — curiosity leading the way.
💛 一位22个月的孩子正在探索磁铁的吸力，好奇心引领着学习的开始。

🎨 A 33-month-old carefully matching each animal to its color “home” — building order, classification, and early logic.
🎨 一位33个月的孩子为每个动物找到对应颜色的“家”，在建立秩序感、分类能力与初步逻辑。

🍊 A 27-month-old peeling an entire orange independently. When only two pieces remained, she paused for a moment… and chose to share. She then completed the full work cycle by cleaning up and returning her materials.
🍊 一位27个月的孩子独立剥好一整颗橘子。在只剩两瓣时，她短暂地停顿了一下，却依然选择分享，并在结束后主动清理和归位材料，完成完整的工作循环。

Today, our classrooms turned into little worlds of discovery.
From water and land, to colors of nature, to caring hands exploring our planet—
children learn not just about the Earth, but how to love and protect it.

在AMA的Earth Day，
