Calling all 5th & 6th grade boys and girls! Basketball season is right around the corner, and we have a FREE basketball clinic followed by West Jr. High tryouts!

🏀 FREE BASKETBALL CLINIC
📅 Wednesday, October 7th
📍 Central Jr. High
👦 Boys: 5:00–6:00 PM
👧 Girls: 6:30–7:30 PM

The clinic is FREE for all students and will feature the Belleville West High School basketball teams!

This weeks “Feel Good Friday” is a highlight of our 4th grade scientists! They are making a robot hand to explore bones, tendons and muscles. They have learned about eyes and how they work, and they are learning by experience through our new garden! We are so proud of them, and they are showing what they know! If your 4th-6th grade student is interested in our new Gardening Club please have them reach out to their teacher! Way to go All-Stars! 🪏👩🏾‍🌾🧑‍🌾🦋

We have to shoutout these amazing All-Stars! They completed their summer workbook and turned it in when they returned to school! We love hard work and showing the All-Star Way and these ladies are certainly shining bright! They’ll enjoy some All-Star swag and McDonalds lunch for their efforts! Way to go!!!

This weeks “Feel Good Friday” is a celebration in honor of Labor Day weekend! Our teachers and staff work tirelessly each day to help our All-Stars learn, grow, and shine! Thank you to our community partners for helping us make them feel special! Shoutout to Apex Network PhysicalTherapy for the Bundt cake treats, August Gate, for “Bless the Breakroom” program, and Neighborhood Sipz for our special caffeinated delivery! Our teachers deserve it all!
