Hot weather can lead to serious heat-related illnesses. Know the difference and how to respond:

🌡️ Heat Stroke: headache, no sweating, red skin, strong pulse.
🌡️ Heat Exhaustion: dizzy, excessive sweating, pale skin, nausea/vomiting, muscle cramps.

If you experience any of these symptoms:

🌡️ Move to a cooler place
💦 Put a cool, wet cloth on your body
🚑 Call 911 for emergency medical care
