HNCA Harmony Neighborhood Community Association We are a non-profit organization consisting of educators and community members. We are located on the West End of Belleville, IL.

HNCA is a non - profit organization located on the West End of Belleville, IL. HNCA consists of educators, church members, and community members that want to make a difference in the community of Belleville, IL. HNCA works closely with local business, churches, and schools to provide services and resources for residents in the West End. The schools we currently have a partnership with are Harmony School District 175 , Signal Hill 181, and Queen of Peace. Some of our services include a tutoring program for kids K - 3rd grade, a community garden, and an 8 week summer camp.
