We're excited to welcome our students and families back to Central Junior High School! Join us for Back-to-School Orientation on Monday, August 10.

🕓 Choose the session that works best for your family:
• 4:00–5:30 p.m.
OR
• 6:00–7:30 p.m.

Orientation is a great opportunity to:
✅ Meet teachers and staff
✅ Pick up schedules
✅ Tour the building
✅ Learn about the upcoming school year
✅ Get ready for a successful start!

📅 The first day of school is Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Due to the forecasted weather tomorrow morning, Cross Country Camp has been canceled for Thursday, August 6.

🏃 Camp will resume on Friday, August 7, at 9:00 a.m.

Calling all incoming 7th & 8th graders who will be attending Central this fall — come join us for our Summer Cheer Clinic and get ready for tryouts in August! 📣

📅 Clinic Dates: August 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th
⏰ Time: 5:00–7:00 PM
📍 Location: Central Main Gym
💲 Cost: $50 (can be paid the first day of camp)
👕 Includes a clinic t-shirt & bow

Participants will learn new cheer material each day, build skills, and gain valuable experience that will help prepare for August tryouts!

Due to the Extreme Heat Advisory, Central Jr. High Baseball Tryouts have been postponed to help ensure the safety of our student-athletes.

🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📍 All tryouts will be held at Central Jr. High.

The health and safety of our athletes, coaches, and families is our top priority. Please continue to stay hydrated and take precautions during this period of extreme heat.
