September is Infant Mortality Awareness Month, a time to reflect on the heartbreaking reality that far too many families experience loss due to systemic inequities in maternal and infant health.
At Brightpoint, we are committed to changing this narrative. One of the most powerful tools in our fight against infant mortality is our Doula Program.
✨ Doulas make a difference. They provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum—especially for mothers who are more at risk due to racial disparities, lack of access to care, and systemic barriers. Doulas advocate, educate, and empower.
