Thank you McBride Families!!!!!

On behalf of McBride Middle School, we want to send a HUGE thank-you to every family who came out yesterday for Student ID & Picture Day! 📸

The day was BUSY, the lines were long, and there were definitely some moments that tested our patience—but we got through it TOGETHER! 🙌

Our students are off to an amazing start, and we are SO excited to welcome you all to the McBride family! Your patience, sacrifice, flexibility, and dedication did not go unnoticed. We know many of you made special arrangements and took time out of your busy schedules to be here, and we truly appreciate it.

Join McBride Middle School Cross Country and be part of a team that builds endurance, confidence, and friendships while having fun and staying active!

Cross Country is open to all 7th and 8th grade students, regardless of experience level. Before participating in practice, all athletes must have a current sports physical on file with the school or provide a completed physical form, which can be picked up in the main office at McBride Middle School.

Students without a valid physical will not be permitted to practice until the requirement has been met. We look forward to seeing you this fall!

Season Kick-off & Practice Schedule
Welcome to the 2026 McBride Football season! We are excited to get our student-athletes back on the field.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: All athletes must have a completed physical on file before they are allowed to participate in conditioning or practice.

Please review the following schedule for the first two weeks of the season. Ensure all athletes have proper hydration and athletic attire for the start of conditioning.

Key Reminders for Parents
Physicals: As noted above, a current physical is mandatory for participation. Please submit these to the main office prior to August 24.

Equipment Issue: Equipment distribution begins on Tuesday, August 25. Please ensure your athlete is present to receive their fitted gear.

Open House: Join us for the MMS Open House on Thursday, August 27, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm immediately following a shortened practice.

Hydration: Athletes should bring a large water bottle to every practice, especially during the initial conditioning phase.

Attendance: Consistency is key for player safety and development. Please notify the coaching staff if your athlete will miss a scheduled practice.

Academics: students must meet academic requirements, maintain good attendance, complete assignments, and have no disciplinary record that makes them ineligible to participate.
