Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who came together in the days that followed.

We remember the families who lost loved ones, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the strength and compassion that brought communities together.

May we continue to remember, honor, and teach the next generation about the importance of courage, kindness, unity, and service.
