Kids can come in their pajamas, enjoy some tablet time, and we’ll finish the day with a movie and popcorn! 🍿🎬

Hey. Everyone knows what’s going on in this world we live in and it sad that some people do not understand what to do if we are attacked. I am not trying to scare you or put anyone in panic. I just want us all to have a little more knowledge on what to do. Taken from another sources on Facebook and confirmed by a friend in the military❤️

🛑 NUCLEAR EVENT: 15-MINUTE SURVIVAL GUIDE

⚡ IF YOU SEE A FLASH OR HEAR A BOOM:
• DROP FLAT IMMEDIATELY
Face down, hands covering head.
• DO NOT LOOK AT THE FLASH – it can blind you.
• STAY DOWN until the shockwave passes, a few seconds, and keep your mouth open!! it can pop your lungs & ear drums.

🏃‍♀️ WITHIN 1–3 MINUTES:
• GET INSIDE FAST.
Any building is safer than being outside. Brick/concrete is best.
• No shelter? Lie in a ditch, cover exposed skin, stay low.

🏚️ WITHIN 10 MINUTES:

GO DEEP & CENTER
• Get to a basement, or central room on the lowest floor.
• Stay away from windows & outer walls.
• Close windows, doors, vents. Shut off AC/fans.
• Build a “clean room” if possible: seal windows/doors with plastic & tape.

🚿 IF YOU WERE OUTSIDE:
• Remove outer clothes – put in sealed bag far from others.
• Shower with soap & water ASAP.
No conditioner. Gently rinse.
No scrubbing or hot water—it opens pores.
• No water? Wipe skin with clean wet cloth.

📻 STAY PUT for 24 HOURS
• Don’t leave unless told it’s safe.
• Listen for emergency alerts or radio updates.
• Avoid fallout dust. Don’t go outside to look around.
