Maries County R2 Schools Maries County R.2 School buildings are located in the communities of Belle and Bland. The District is located in Maries, Osage and Gasconade Counties. Maries Co.

PreK-4 Elementary and 9-12 High School in Belle. 5-8 Middle School is in Bland. So as a part of Mrs. Auer’s US History class, 8th grade students make a “bill” and present it to the principal and superintendent to see if the bill can pass. They go through all of the steps in the process of research, writing the bill, presenting it and hopefully it passes. Last years 8th graders (current Freshman) wanted to update the locker rooms and the gym. So they put the bill together to paint, add lockers and art work! With the help of our student council for funding, we now have lockers, art work and fresh paint on the floor in the entry way of the locker rooms! It looks great and will be nice for visitors to our gym! Thank you Andrew Metz for printing our signs and installing them!
