He strives each day to be a nonconformist, provider, creator, mentor and a hero while keeping a positive mindset and breaking the chain. He is is wife's or significant other's greatest fan and supports her with love and compassion and is proud of her everyday and knows in his heart how precious and special his wife and children are as he learns, remembers and knows how he is equally precious and special.

How valuable do you feel?

I understand how somedays this can be difficult and you may not feel valued or valuable. We were taught that our value is based on grades in school, or how much money we make, or how well we perform at work, etc. I invite you to alter your perspective based on that "BRULE" (Bulls@ #&! Rule)

We are all precious and special and making a huge difference in our children's and wives, husbands, significant others lives. We have the honor of being a hero, shepherd, provider, creator, mentor and healer.

If you don't feel valuable it will greatly affect your long term mental and physical health and relationships.
