Don't forget, this Thursday we are hosting another FREE Bike Maintenance and Safety class, this time at on Freret!

Participants will learn how to fix a flat, replace a tire, adjust their breaks, oil their chain and overall get a better sense of how to diagnose problems on their bikes.

We will also have a short discussion on commuting basics, safe riding tips and being a vehicle on the road. E-bike riders or e-bike riders to-be, this is for you too!

Instructors will be happy to answer questions about bike fit, equipment and the rules of the road.

🚨 NEW PROGRAM ALERT! TEEN OPEN GYM has arrived!🚨

This summer, we're opening the doors and inviting teens to make the gym their own! NEW Open Gym program is designed just for teens ages 13-17 (youth who can play independently with peers will not be turned around).

Whether you're looking to shoot hoops, learn pickleball, challenge your friends to co****le, or simply hang out in a safe and fun environment, Open Gym is the place to be to end the summer.
