Congratulations to our own Yasin Bakış, who received the Tulane School of Science and Engineering's mid-career award for staff excellence in a ceremony earlier this month. In his role as TUBRI's Senior Manager of Biodiversity Informatics, Yasin leads the development of diverse data systems such as FishAIR, FishNet 2 and HydroClim that support large-scale research in ecology, evolution, and environmental science.
