Every Immigration Case Begins With a Story
For more than two decades, I have conducted psychological evaluations for individuals navigating immigration matters. One thing I have learned is that every person has a story—and sometimes the evaluation is the first time that story has been shared.
It can feel vulnerable. You may cry, feel overwhelmed, or talk about experiences you have never spoken about before. You don’t have to know exactly what to say or how to tell your story.
My role is to listen carefully, ask the right clinical questions, and document how your experiences may have affected you psychologically and emotionally.
Your story matters. And it deserves to be heard carefully.
