Today's Club meeting was really great. We learned about Rana el-Kaliouby who is doing amazing work in emotional AI and we discussed how her work utilized the four strengths that the Girls Who Code strive for; Bravery, Resilience, Creativity, and Purpose.

The girls also continued working on the Python coding projects. Myranda finished the last of the 3 projects!

I forgot to take pictures today but the girls had another great day working on Python. They started by doing a Sisterhood activity completing a "personality" quiz to discover what kind of dog they were. We had a Chijuajua, Chow Chow, and a German Shepherd today. Then we learned about a woman in technology who is on the cutting edge of blending fasion and tech.

Myranda once again flew through her coding project and completed Storytelling in Python, coding a "choose your own adventure" story program. All of the girls worked hard and made advances on their projects!

Today our Club continued to work on learning to code in Python, a text-based programming language. Myranda finished her first project bug-free and moved on to the next!

We started our morning learning about the founder of Girls Who Code, Reshma Saujani. We also did a communication activity to illustrate how important it is to be precise in our language.

We then broke up to work on our projects individually.
