You may have received a receipt from Third Coast Preparedness in the last couple of days.
First and most importantly: you have not been charged.
It appears there was a setting dating back to when the website was originally set up that prevented some of our old orders from being marked as having received their “final payment” status.
When I corrected that setting and closed out those old records, it did exactly what it was supposed to do from an accounting standpoint and unfortunately, it also appears to have sent receipts to just about everyone who has taken a class with us since 2021.
So, if a random TCP receipt suddenly showed up in your inbox for a class you took a few years ago, there is no need to panic. There was no new charge, no payment was processed, and nothing is owed.
I personally apologize for the confusion. We certainly did not intend to flood everyone’s inboxes old information.
