Move mindfully through soft, flowing sequences while using the hammock to deepen poses safely, release tension, and decompress the spine. Designed to restore your body and leave you feeling refreshed, open, and energized for the day ahead.

This week my classes have focused on release 🫶 Pikes and front splits! My favorite! Tight hamstrings are often associated with holding onto fear, hesitation to move forward and resistance. We’re exploring the hamstrings not just as muscles, but as part of a larger fascial network that connects the soles of the feet through the backs of the legs, spine, and all the way to the scalp. Creating space, hydration and freedom through mindful movement rather than force.
