This week I shared a story I’ve never fully shared before. It’s out now to read.

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Why do I feel so disconnected from myself?” or “How did I get here?” this story might resonate… and you may end up with lipstick on your mirror too.

Check it out on our blog.

With love,

Things are looking a little different around here, and we’d love to tell you why 😍

The secret is out… we’ve built a whole new brand and website for Wellness and Co. and we are head over heels.

But, this rebrand isn’t just changing up what things look like. Think of it more as an expansion and a claiming of the work we do here.

When we began this rebrand process we had a vision for where Wellness & Co. was headed.

For nearly a decade, we’ve helped couples repair relationships, rebuild trust, and find their way back to one another. That work remains deeply at the heart of who we are.

At the same time, we felt called to expand.

To create more space for the individuals sitting inside those relationships.

The ones navigating relational trauma, emotional harm, chronic self-doubt, emotionally immature parents, attachment wounds, narcissistic abuse, and the complicated process of finding themselves again.

Because relationships have always been our lane.

Not just marriages.
Not just couples.

Relationships with partners.
Relationships with family.
Relationships with community.
And perhaps most importantly, the relationship we have with ourselves.

This new website reflects that expansion.

A deeper commitment to the work we feel called to do.
A broader vision for who we serve.
And a more complete reflection of who Wellness & Co. is becoming.

And... the new brand is really beautiful, which we happen to love too 😍

We’re so excited to finally share it with you!

Go check our our new online home and tell us what you think!

Sometimes the relationship isn’t the only thing asking to heal 💛

Sometimes the individual underneath it needs support too.

That realization has been shaping what we’ve been building behind the scenes at Wellness & Co.

05/29/2026

That last part can hit your right in the feels, but it’s so true. 💔 Relationships hold a lot of power in our lives.

And this is precisely why, at Wellness & Co., we care so deeply about relationships.

So much of the way we move through the world begins in relationship.

The way we communicate.
The way we handle conflict.
The way we trust ourselves.
The way we love.
The way we stay.
The way we leave.

For over a decade, our work has centered around helping couples repair connection and heal painful relational patterns.

And lately, we’ve felt called toward another layer of this work too.

A deeper conversation around relational trauma, emotional harm, attachment wounds, self-trust, and the relationship patterns that quietly shape people long before they ever walk into couples therapy.

We’ve been building something behind the scenes that reflects that expansion and we are really excited to share more on June 1st.

Validating someone you disagree with can feel like letting them pick the music for the car ride when it’s a genre you’re reeeally not into. You might worry that by turning up the volume on their feelings, you’re somehow endorsing every lyric. But here’s the truth - validation isn’t actually about agreeing.

Here's what it IS about...and why it's important: https://wellnessandco.org/2025/01/24/how-to-validate-when-you-disagree/

As the trees shed their leaves, the days get shorter, and everyone in Maryland collectively forgets how to drive a car in the face of a smattering of flurries, many people notice shifts in their mood and energy levels. If you’re one of the multitude of people feeling the oppressive weight of the season, you might be looking at a case of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Understanding SAD, its causes, and its treatment options can empower individuals to manage their symptoms and maintain mental well-being. Ready to learn more?
