🌊🧜‍♀️ Today’s STEAMQuest Kids adventure made quite a splash! We danced our way through Mermaid Dance, swam like our favorite sea creatures, squished and molded play dough oceans, and created fizzy underwater science magic with baking soda and vinegar. 🐠🦀🐚🫧🧪

Learning has never been so fintastic!

Today we celebrated Owen turning 3 years old! 🥳 We also put our creativity to work with a fun drawing prompt: “Make a Pizza” 🍕—and the children came up with some deliciously imaginative creations.

To top it all off, we enjoyed plenty of outdoor play and fresh air with our friends. ☀️💚

Happy 3rd Birthday, Owen! We hope your day was as special as you are! 🎂🎈

🧘‍♀️ We had a fun and relaxing day in daycare today! 🧘‍♂️

We enjoyed a yoga session with Mrs. Laura of Thumbs Up Yoga and played Yoga Bingo while learning some fun new poses. We also made popcorn and spent time practicing relaxation skills while resting under the parachute. It was a great day of movement, mindfulness, and fun! 🍿🌈✨

🌊🎶 Under the Sea we went today! 🎶🌊

Our little explorers dove into an ocean adventure filled with music, movement, and imagination! We sang along to Baby Shark, scuttled like lobsters, and cast our fishing lines to “catch” and identify different instruments. Along the way, we practiced gross motor skills, used our imaginations, and discovered all kinds of sea-inspired fun.

Learning is always more exciting when it comes with a splash of creativity! 🦞🐠🎣💙

🎶 Today’s learning was full of music, movement, and gross motor fun!

We popped along to the Bubblegum song, explored rhythm with music notes and cowbells, marched Walking in the Forest, recited Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, practiced balance and coordination on the balance beam, and identified the electric guitar. 🎸🌳🐻

So many opportunities to build listening skills, coordination, balance, rhythm, and confidence through play 💛

We had a messy and exciting STEAM day with Ms. Angie today as we explored a “Things That Go” theme! 🚗🚀

We had so much fun testing cars on ramps and through tunnels, driving monster trucks through sticky, slimy oobleck, and even using cars to create colorful paintings. Our favorite part was watching Ms. Angie create an exciting chemical reaction to demonstrate a rocket ship blasting off into space — and then getting to try it ourselves! 🧪💥🚀

So much hands-on learning, exploring, and fun!
