Keep Kalm + Karry On
Did you know the reason they didn't immediately release the "Keep Calm and Carry On" posters during WW2 was because they kept them in reserve for a "more severe crisis." Fascinating.

TLDR: "On average, it takes 17 years from the onset of symptoms for someone with OCD to receive the correct diagnosis and start treatment. This delay can worsen the long-term outcomes for patients, leading to more severe symptoms and a harder road to recovery...Not only did the LLMs match the professionals in diagnosing OCD, but in many cases, they outperformed them. One of the models, ChatGPT-4, correctly identified OCD in every vignette it was given, resulting in a 100% accuracy rate."
Could AI Help Doctors Diagnose OCD Faster?
AI could soon transform OCD diagnosis. A recent Stanford study shows large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT-4 outperforming human professionals in identifying OCD from patient cases, achieving 100% accuracy.

I developed the 5 C’s to help guide all of the work we do at TIL. I love a nice set of alliterated words and I also think that the foundations of any work that we are doing — personally or professionally — can be found within the 5 C’s framework. I truly believe they are huge part of our lifelong journey to discover all the parts of ourselves and find our reason for a life worth living. I am genuinely excited to share more with you about this framework over the next couple months. Do you prefer posts or reels? Let me know in the comments . ⬇️
