Hello! Thank you to each and every one of you that has followed along withy Yoga and Pilates journey. I would like to announce that I have set up a new page & business called Daybreak Wellness, a space for Yoga, Pilates, Retreats and private classes both in person and online. This is a space where you can follow along for all weekly beach yoga & Pilates classes and our upcoming retreats.

Short on time or need a quick burst of energy on this chilly Monday? Check out the free 10 minute power plank video on my site!

Planks are the ultimate move in my opinion 💪 sculpting your full body & making you feel strong all over, and this workout had me sweating while filming it. A fun way to still get your body moving without needing to get off the floor or even leave your living room/home office!

5 years ago, running 10 rounds of these steps was just the middle part of my morning run.. flash forward to this weekend trying to carry Cove up them just once and at the top I wondered where that energy used to come from 😂 I like to think I still have the same amount of energy, it’s just spread to more important areas of my life 😉 Like investing in YOU! I decided to switch up my schedule this week to see if a shorter lunch time flow would be appealing, let me know!
