What an incredible honor to speak about workplace violence prevention at the FNCA Fall Conference in Las Vegas! It was my first time speaking at a conference of this magnitude. This made the experience even more special.

I’m grateful for the opportunity, the warm welcome, and the chance to connect with so many dedicated professionals. Thank you again to FNCA for the invitation.

Thank you to Work Ready Tulsa Micro Job Fair for inviting us today!

It was a pleasure representing Alpha 1 Tactical and sharing more about our security training partnership with Goodwill Tulsa. We’re proud to help people build the skills they need for a career in security—and to offer part-time employment opportunities for those ready to take their next step.

We appreciate the warm welcome and the chance to connect with everyone. Thank you for having us!

Had the honor of having Duffy McAnallen join my EDC class. The man’s a legend, and having someone with his experience and reputation come train with us is something I don’t take lightly.

I remember watching him as a SWAT team sniper when I was a snot-nosed rookie. Now I get to share the range with him. That’s a full-circle moment, and a hell of an honor.

Duffy, much respect for your service, your skill, and the legacy you’ve built. Glad to have you in class.

What a great weekend! 🎉 We’re so grateful for everyone who joined us for our concealed carry class. We had a packed house, lots of great conversation, and an engaged group ready to learn. The best part is when we all leave with a little more knowledge and confidence than we came in with!

A huge thank-you to Instructor Vaca for stepping in on short notice. We truly appreciate your help, experience, and expertise on the range. 👏🔫

Thanks again to everyone who made this weekend such a fun one! Who’s ready for the next class? 😊

Congratulations to the latest graduates of the Goodwill Tulsa Works, Unarmed Security Certification Program! We’re proud of your hard work and excited to see what comes next.

When we returned to Goodwill, we had a clear mission: provide students with quality training and help them get back to work as soon as possible. Part of that mission is helping graduates find part-time work as they build experience and continue pursuing their goals.

We’ve taken another step toward that mission by opening Rapid Guard Tulsa. We offer part-time and on-call opportunities, and we’re open to full-time opportunities as well.

Our team isn’t made up only of Goodwill graduates, we welcome applicants from the wider community, too. Working can provide income, build job history, develop valuable skills, and help you make connections as you pursue your next opportunity.

If you’re an officer with used gear, equipment, or clothing you’d like to donate, please contact me through Messenger.

If you’re looking for security services for an event or business, call 918-900-2115 or submit a request through www.rapidguardtulsa.com.
