🍎Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Borner to Cornerstone as our new Preschool Teacher!

Mrs. Borner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and has lots of experience working with children in a variety of settings. As a pastor's wife and boy mom, she has a heart for teaching and serving others, and she is looking forward to helping our youngest students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

We are so thankful God has brought Mrs. Borner to our team, and we can't wait for our preschool students and families to get to know her.

FAQ: "Where do students go when they 'age out' of your school?"
Answer: Lord-willing, they will not age out!

Part of our school's vision and strategic plan includes adding a grade level each year until we are a PreK-12th grade school.

This past year we went through 4th grade, and - with the Lord's help - we are very excited to be adding 5th grade for the upcoming school year!

🎹We are seeking an enthusiastic, musically-gifted individual who loves working with children to serve as our elementary music teacher. This position requires approximately 2-4 hours per week, and the schedule is flexible.

Thanks so much to those who came out to our Summer Social a couple weeks ago! Around 80 people came to show their support for CCA and enjoy a nice evening together. The Cornerstone Jug Band was a hit and brought lots of smiles!

All proceeds from the evening will benefit students directly by providing scholarships for them to be able to receive a Christian education at CCA. If you would like to contribute to this fund, you can still donate at the link below. We greatly appreciate your support!

📣Good news is meant to be shared, and we can't keep this to ourselves!

🎉Congratulations to our staff and students for scoring in the 85th percentile nationwide on this year's achievement tests! Every single student tested above grade level! We are so proud!

Special shout-out to our Kindergarten class, who scored in the 99th percentile in Reading and the 95th percentile overall! What an accomplishment!

Our small class sizes are one of the biggest benefits of our school because they allow for individualized instruction and highly effective learning. These results speak for themselves, and we are thanking the Lord for His favor, blessing, and faithfulness.

The Hope Scholarship deadline is TODAY! Do not miss out! This allows you to keep your options open when it comes to your child's education.

The Hope Scholarship covers over 75% of tuition at CCA, where your child will receive a high quality education that is tailored to their needs, meets (and exceeds!) the WV standards, and is infused with a Biblical worldview.

🚨 June 15 is this coming Monday! If you have not applied for the Hope Scholarship yet, carve out a little time this weekend to make sure you get that done. The application takes less than 10 minutes.

If you received the Hope Scholarship this past year and want it again, you are required to renew your application each year. They call it a "Continuing Participation Commitment" or CPC. The CPC is just an address verification and some signatures and takes less than 5 minutes.

New applications and CPCs can be done at hopescholarshipwv.gov. The Hope Scholarship covers over 75% of tuition at CCA, so do not miss the June 15 deadline!
