This may be the hardest update I've ever had to make.
We found out last night that the buyer, after signing an intent to purchase, has decided not to purchase. We are now back at square one.
I realize this is a shock to all of you as it was to us. That being said, this is the plan going forward.

We will remain in operation until the end of May. We will continue business as usual to give everyone time to find other child care.

I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely sick I am at this turn of events and I am offering my deepest and sincere apology.

Thank you for your trust and we ask for your understanding.

We have tried very hard to be as transparent as possible regarding the negotiations we have been in with the potential buyers. In continuance of this policy, we are excited to say that we should have papers in hand to sign in 1 week. We will remain open throughout the transition and do everything we can to make it as seamless as possible.
If any of you have ever bought real estate, you know what a long process it can be. So the sale of not only the real estate but the contents and business is at least twice as difficult.
Now a word from me, Ms. Wyndy.
I appreciate your patience and understanding through all of this process and I really feel in my heart that this is the best course of action for everyone. I have been honored to have been a part of your children's lives and have loved the past 27 years getting to do what I love.

ATTENTION All Prayer Warriors!!!!!
We are getting down to the last details. I expect to know something VERY soon so let's keep it rolling!!!!!
As I have said before, we will stay here for you and the littles as long as we are in active #.
With that being said, we are planning our Easter Party forApril 2nd #. If you can, please send a dozen PRE-FILLED eggs for the hunt. Also your child will need a basket for the eggs that they find.

I know many of you are anxious about our future. I would like to try to lessen the tension.
We are in active negotiations with someone who wants to buy our center and continue our work. It is a process that requires time.
AS LONG AS WE ARE IN NEGOTIATIONS WE WILL REMAIN OPEN AND CONTINUE AS NORMAL. PLEASE BEAR WITH US AS WE NAVIGATE THIS UNCHARTERED TERRITORY.
