Maybe I’m not career confused… maybe I’m just building something too big to fit in one job title. 👀

I sell jewelry. I’m prepping for ACL. I’m building a financial clarity business. I help with social media and marketing. I’m raising three boys. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I’m trying to figure out what this next chapter is supposed to look like.

For a long time, I thought I needed a clean answer. One title. One lane. One perfectly mapped-out career path.

But maybe all these different hats aren’t proof that I’m lost.

Maybe they’re the pieces of something bigger.

I don’t know exactly what I’m building yet… but I know it’s an empire. And if you’re in a season where you’re reinventing yourself, questioning everything, and still feeling like you’re meant for more — I see you.

We’re not behind. We’re building. 🤍

Follow along Jahnavi Jasmine for the messy middle, money, entrepreneurship, family, reinvention, and whatever the hell we’re building next. 😂

Costco doesn’t blow your budget — the “while we’re here…” purchases do. 👀🛒

You walk in with a list, a plan, and confidence… then somehow leave with snacks you’ve never tried, something for the house you absolutely did not need, and at least one purchase you have to justify on the drive home. 😂

This is exactly why being intentional with spending matters. It’s usually not one huge purchase that gets us — it’s all the little “might as well” moments that pile up.

Tell me I’m not alone… what’s the ONE thing Costco gets you with every single time? 👀

The 5-4-3-2-1 grocery method is one of the easiest ways I’ve found to shop with more intention. 🛒✨

Instead of tossing random things in the cart and hoping they turn into meals later, this gives you a simple framework to follow and makes grocery shopping feel way less overwhelming.

Here’s the idea:

🥦 5 vegetables
🍓 4 fruits
🥩 3 proteins
🍞 2 breads
🥔 2 starches
🍫 1 fun item

It helps keep meals flexible, cuts down on waste, and makes it much easier to stick to a grocery budget without overthinking every single item.

With food prices being what they are, I’m all for anything that helps us shop smarter, waste less, and still keep the house stocked with real meal options. 🙌

Would you try this method on your next grocery trip?

Before you spend it… swap it. 💸🔄

That $100 Target run, Amazon cart, dinner out, or impulse buy you almost made? Instead of letting that money disappear somewhere else, move it on purpose.

💳 Put it toward a credit card
💰 Move it into savings
🏡 Add it to a home fund
✨ Put it toward whatever goal matters most to you

I call it a Money Swap — same money, better destination.

You don’t have to completely change your life overnight. Start with one purchase you were about to make and redirect it instead.

Would you try a Money Swap this week? 👇

It"s a vibe!? 💃😂😎

If your spending has felt a little out of control lately… this is one of the simplest ways to reset. 💸✨

We’re a family of five, and after months with extra spending — travel, activities, eating out, school stuff, and all those little purchases that somehow add up 😅 — we use a no-spend week or month to get intentional again.

The key is NOT saying:
“I’m not spending any money.”

It’s deciding ahead of time what you will spend on ✅ and what you’re skipping ❌

🥦 Groceries? Yes.
⛽ Gas? Yes.
💡 Bills? Yes.
👟 Kids’ needs? Yes.

📦 Random Amazon order? Nope.
☕ Coffee run? Skip it.
🎯 Impulse Target trip? Not this week. 😂

And when you skip something, try a Money Swap 💰➡️

Skip the purchase and move that amount toward:
💵 savings
💳 debt
🏡 a future goal
✨ or whatever you’re working toward

You can do this for 7 days, 30 days, or whatever feels realistic for your life.

It’s not about being perfect. 🤎
It’s about noticing where your money is going — and choosing where you want it to go instead.

📌 Save this list and use it for your own reset.

📲 And if you know someone who needs a spending reset too, send this to them.

If you’re new here, I’ve been doing No Spend August this month — and this has honestly been one of the most valuable lessons I’ve taken from it. 👏

I’m calling it The Money Swap. 🔄

Here’s the idea: when I stop myself from making a purchase, I don’t just leave that money sitting in my checking account waiting to disappear somewhere else.

I move it.✨

Skipped the $7 coffee? Move $7 to savings or put $7 toward a credit card.

Passed on the random Amazon order? Move that amount toward something that actually matters to you.

It’s such a small shift, but I love that it turns “I didn’t spend money” into “I made progress with my money.”

Skip it. Move it. That’s the Money Swap. 🔄

I hope this helps you too. If you try it, tell me what you Money Swapped this week — and if this could help someone you know, send it their way.
