Behind the scenes at the Kiln Yard with Ceramics Director John Reinking, as he loads large-scale ceramic sculptures into his woodfire kiln for his curated show, Fired En Masse. The wood kiln is fired continuously for approximately 150 hours, consumes seven cords of wood, and reaches nearly 2,400 degrees. Follow along the journey to see all of the work that goes into this incredible show, opening at The Center on September 25th.

Don’t miss your final opportunity to view our 2026 Members’ Non-Juried Exhibition, on view through Sunday, August 30.

We are pleased to recognize several of this year’s award-winning works, including Larry Chestnut’s Yellow Drape Abstract, recipient of the Raritan Valley Arts Association Award of Excellence, and Grace Bernhardt’s Young Savannah Lady, which received an Honorable Mention.

We will be announcing our upcoming fall exhibitions in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for further details and announcements!
