We say a final goodbye to another long time School Nutrition Employee. Collie was a fixture at Huddleston Elementary until she retired.
She loved those kiddos there.
She loved doing for others, and making those rolls!!

Collie Lee Mitchen Johnson, 91 of Bedford, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023 at Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital. Members of the Bedford County School Nutrition Chapter attended the Virginia State Conference in Hampton Virginia March 10-12. A good time was had by all. Lot's of good classes, and time networking with other Chapters and Nutrition Employees.

Jefferson Forest High School Cafeteria implemented two new items to their lines on Tuesday March 14th. A new Salad Bar Line, and a Deli Sandwich Line.
Students are very receptive and loving the Sandwich Line!
