BUSN 70 (Contemporary Business Issues) at Santa Clara University brings business education to life through the MikesBikes Introduction simulation. Students don’t just learn concepts, they experience what it’s like to run a company, make decisions, and navigate real‑world challenges.

One of the course instructors shared that he “firmly believes all students ought to take BUSN 70” because the lessons apply to every field — marketing, management, entrepreneurship, and beyond. It’s a practical entry point into the Business major and a powerful way to build life skills.

Last August 29th, The Young CEO Business Simulation competition brought students through eight rounds of running their own virtual company using MikesBikes Introduction. Throughout the competition, they made decisions, adjusted strategy, and really got a feel for what it’s like to be in the CEO seat. We’re proud to see MikesBikes Introduction helping young learners step into leadership and apply real strategy, teamwork, and decision‑making.

After all the rounds were completed, Team Ghost Riders came out on top. Congratulations to the team for an impressive performance, and well done to everyone who took part in the competition.
